It is not possible to modify or cancel this reservation by phone.
The reservation number included on the Booking Confirmation should be quoted in all enquiries, cancellation or modification of the reservation.
Cancellations
Casa Olmata, shall not accept responsibility for cancellations, regardless of the circumstances in which the cancellation is made.
Casa Olmata shall not accept any liability for losses, additional expenses or any claim whatsoever due to changes in accommodation, sickness, weather, strikes or any other cause. All such losses, additional expenses or claims will be borne by the person who has booked the accommodation.
Your confirmed booking constitutes a legal contract, which requires you to pay for the reserved accommodation.
You can cancell your reservation only with at least 48 hours before the specified arrival and only by fax or email, not by phone.
The cancellation penalty is as follows:
If no notice of cancellation is received within 48 hrs by fax or email, the hostel will charge you the first night on your credit card. If you cancell by fax or email you will pay only the booking fee of 5,00 euros.
Credit Card Guarantee
If unauthorized charges appear on your credit card statement for that card used on Casa Olmata at any time from your reservation, Casa Olmata card order, transaction no liability whatsoever can be entertained by Casa Olmata for any loss however caused.
Contract
The Contract between the Casa Olmata Hostel and the customer comes into force when the required Booking Form has been issued with a Confirmation Number.
Complaints
If the customer wishes to make a complaint, it should be made in writing in the first instance to the hostel. Every effort will be made by the hostel to settle a complaint made by a customer. Any dispute or difference arising between the customer and the hostel as to the construction of this agreement or as to any other matter or thing arising hereunder or in connection herewith will be referred to the decision of a qualified court in Italy.
In making a reservation, it shall be the responsibility of the customer to disclose to the Hostel any physical or mental condition to which he or a member of his party is subject and of which the provider should be notified and which may require special facilities. The hostel will make every effort to accommodate the special needs of a customer with such physical or mental condition, but cannot guarantee that the hostel will have the appropriate facilities for a successful stay. Casa Olmata reserve the right to refuse any person.
Request for bed type and smoking preference will be not guaranteed.
Room pictures may differ from the actual room you receive.
You must present a photo ID upon check in.
