Who we are
Casa Olmata is a family-run hostel midway between Termini central railway station and the Coliseum, on the top of one of the seven Roman hills. Looking from our rooftop terrace, you’ll realise that you are in the very centre of the monumental area.
In front of you is the Coliseum; on your right Roman Forum, the Capitol Hill and Piazza Venezia, then the Quirinal Hill with the President’s Palace; behind you, the white statues of Saint John’s Basilica; and faraway you will see the hilly quarter Colli Abani which is famous for its wine.
The familiar atmosphere and the presence of large common areas make the hostel perfect for young travellers, willing to meet new international friends.
The hostel has full-equipped kitchens, a barbecue area, a covered terrace and a roof terrace.
